The machining based on a long range experience in 5-axle milling. We pro-
duce small parts as well as big parts and also complete car structures on
machine toos owend by us. The manufacturing of all materials as steel,alu-
minium-alloys or plastics as well as carbon and other fibre material is
daily work on our shop floor.

Supporting processes (e.g. standard parts, welding, Surface coating) which are
needed to produce a wide range of tools or fixtures are outsourced to qualified
partners located in the area around company Madlener Produktionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG.

Assembly, part finish and gauging are settled on our own shop floor. The final
finish and completition of the systems as well as the quality control are under-
stood as core competence of company Madlener Produktionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG. So the delivered systems, prototyps,tools, fixtures, moulds, gauges or parts are products of company Madlener Produktionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG.
