The company Madlener Produktionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG supplies original aerospace producers as well as their production sites. About system suppliers we are involved in aerospace projects all over the world.

We design and produce moulds, tools and fixtures for the manufacturing of structural parts and componentsof the interiour. Production processes are gluing, laminating, RTM and machining of carbon fibre structures.

Our long term experience in milling of light weight construction materials as well as the professional tooling of long, thin and filigrane structures makes us to a reliable partner by high complex tasks.

Our stepwise available machine tool equipment allowes us to select the right machine with the right performance for each part and each level of complexity.
So we are able to machine a part volume of 5x3x1,8m completely as freeform surface or 5-axle-geo-metry. The stability of the machine tools allowes here the cutting of all materials.

3D-CAD and CAM and also the different possibilities in data exchange starts a straight running process independent of the different customers requirements.
